Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so 48 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid any fees, except for a processing fee. If cancelled on the same day, a 50% charge of the service fee will apply and the deposit becomes non-refundable. However, if cancelled within 48 hours, the deposit will be refunded except for the processing fee. Rescheduling is available up to 7 days from the initial appointment date.
