Please arrive on time with your hair ready for the service you booked. If your style needs any special prep, I’ll share those details in your booking confirmation. Shampoo is included with all services, so that part is already taken care of.

Yes — shampoo is included with all services. You can relax knowing your hair will be cleaned, softened, and prepared before your style so your appointment supports both beauty and hair health.

Is hair included with my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hair is included with braiding service ONLY. For extension service hair is not provided. Curly hair is not included

Where are you located?

We're located in Austell, GA,  near Walmart and Chick-fil-A off of Powder Spring Rd. Your exact suite location is provided 24 hrs before your booked appointment, or feel free to call for the address after your appointment is confirmed.

Yes, you can book a same-day appointment if there's availability. Text me your preferred time to confirm.

Will my braids be tight and uncomfortable?

No, your braids will be comfortable. I make sure to leave out edges to protect your hairline. Your comfort and hair health are my top priorities.

Can I use a different color braiding hair?

Yes, you can use a different color braiding hair. If it's not one of the colors I already provide (color 1, 1B, 2, 4), you will need to provide your preferred color. The type of hair must be Pre-Stretch Xpression Outre. The price of your service will remain the same.

To book multiple services, first schedule your initial service. Then, from the appointment page, you can add more services.

Will I lose my deposit if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

If you cancel with 48 hours deposit is refunded minus the processing fee with 2-5 business days. depending on your bank

What happens to my deposit if I reschedule my appointment?

Accepted Answer

If you cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your original appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. You have 7 days to reschedule to retain your deposit. If a new appointment is not scheduled within that time, the deposit will be forfeited.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

To reschedule your appointment, please send an email or text message to 404-913-9044 with your name, service, and the new date and time you would like to reschedule. The new appointment must be within 7 days from the original appointment date. If you reschedule after the 48-hour window, you will lose your deposit for the missed appointment.

What curly hair do I need for Bohemian Knotless

You may choose between synthetic or human hair, in any curl pattern of your preference. A minimum of two packs is required, though additional packs may be needed depending on the desired volume or number of pieces to be added.

What should I do if I'm not happy with my hair?

If you're not happy with your hair, please let me know before you leave the salon so I can address your concerns immediately. Once you leave, all services are final. If you voice concerns after leaving, it will be considered a new service and you will be charged. My goal is to ensure you're pleased with the result.
