To reschedule your appointment, please send an email or text message to 404-913-9044 with your name, service, and the new date and time you would like to reschedule. The new appointment must be within 7 days from the original appointment date. If you reschedule after the 48-hour window, you will lose your deposit for the missed appointment.
You may choose between synthetic or human hair, in any curl pattern of your preference. A minimum of two packs is required, though additional packs may be needed depending on the desired volume or number of pieces to be added.
If you're not happy with your hair, please let me know before you leave the salon so I can address your concerns immediately. Once you leave, all services are final. If you voice concerns after leaving, it will be considered a new service and you will be charged. My goal is to ensure you're pleased with the result.
