Yes, you can use a different color braiding hair. If it's not one of the colors I already provide (color 1, 1B, 2, 4), you will need to provide your preferred color. The type of hair must be Pre-Stretch Xpression Outre. The price of your service will remain the same.

To book multiple services, first schedule your initial service. Then, from the appointment page, you can add more services.

If you cancel with 48 hours deposit is refunded minus the processing fee with 2-5 business days. depending on your bank

If you cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your original appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. You have 7 days to reschedule to retain your deposit. If a new appointment is not scheduled within that time, the deposit will be forfeited.

To reschedule your appointment, please send an email or text message to 404-913-9044 with your name, service, and the new date and time you would like to reschedule. The new appointment must be within 7 days from the original appointment date. If you reschedule after the 48-hour window, you will lose your deposit for the missed appointment.

We operate Wednesday through Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM and every other Sunday from 1 PM to 6 PM. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please check our Instagram for any vacation updates.

You may choose between synthetic or human hair, in any curl pattern of your preference. If you're not happy with your hair, please let me know before you leave the salon so I can address your concerns immediately. Once you leave, all services are final. If you voice concerns after leaving, it will be considered a new service and you will be charged. My goal is to ensure you're pleased with the result.
